Sean is proactive, determined and persistent since he is from the Northeast, and usually has a response to everything. He is passionate and it is his top priority that both clients and staff are taken care of. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and camping throughout the USA with his family in their Airstream

David enjoys the hustle of the workplace throughout the year, but when not in the office you can find him slowing things down camping with his family or taking a quieter look at the world from mountaintops.

Roger enjoys working on projects of different types. In his spare time, he enjoys walks in the park.

Although it may seem like it, David is not always designing lighting systems for a multitude of projects. After hours he enjoys family time, vacationing whenever possible and eating at great restaurants.

Fred loves spending time with family and friends, especially in outdoor settings like camping. He enjoys playing team sports like softball with co-workers. He likes seeing the work he puts into projects, come to life as a finished product.

James considers the variety of projects and ways to design the systems he works on much like solving a puzzle. His curiosity and interest in continuing to learn new things lends him a hand. He also enjoys photography, and variety of sports including golf, basketball, snowboarding and hiking. James is also active in his church, helping to mixing sound at services.

Jake takes an active role at Tres West as a Project Manager, and enjoys watching the projects that he is a part of complete successfully. He is proud of what he contributes to society and grateful that he sees his work come to fruition. Being born on a Full Moon Friday the 13th, Jake has an energetic look at life and is an outdoors kind of guy, enthusiastic about snowboarding, surfing, backpacking, sailing and kayaking.

Matthew enjoys working on hospitality and mixed-use projects for their complexity. Away from the office, he enjoys camping and golfing.

Ha enjoys tackling the unique design challenges posed by every project and the rewards that overcoming them offer. At home, she enjoys spending time with her family cooking and hiking.

In her free time, Svetlana enjoys pickling and canning her home-grown produce. Her other hobbies include her time with her grandchildren, reading to them, playing with them at the park, and taking them to fun events. In her work, Svetlana excels in designing sytems in a diversity of building styles and learning new programs to improve utility coordination with her multidisciplinary team members.

Mike enjoys the production side of consulting engineering, focusing on 3D Revit building mechanical systems design. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, pets, and watching his hometown New England Patriots play.

Brad’s positive outlook on life, outside-the-box thinking, and keen eye for detail, are always with him as he tackles both work and personal projects. At work, his projects contribute to the safety of the built environment and in his spare time he maintains his Radio Control Scale Model Fireboats and is often found Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and spending time with his family.

Being a part of designing a portion of a builing that started as a thought, then bringing it to life is what drives Jonathan in his work. Being a father of 4 boys, leading the mens minisrty at his church, speding time with family, and exploring all the PNW has to offer keeps him busy in off hours.

Born and raised in Alaska, Ron has a love for the outdoors, spending time hiking,running, traveling, spending time with family and photography. Here at Tres West, Ron is taking in all the opportunities to learn Electrical Design from Senior Designers. His friendly and out-going personality paired with his reliability is a great asset to Tres West.

As Marketing Coordinator, Susan enjoys representing Tres West as an outstanding MEP firm and establishing partnerships. She is enthusiastic and creative in her work. She's a Mom of two daughters, and is often found skiing or hiking with her youngest or visiting her oldest in Tennessee. Susan can also be found working on DIY projects in her home, gardening, is an avid hockey and football fan, and spends many weekends at her beach house with her bulldog, Mac.
